Costa Coffee
Coffee is usually made quickly, and I've never had any issues with my order. Staff usually seem chipper and friendly, which is always good. Atmosphere rating is low simply because it's very small and cramped in there. Usually busy, so I tend to get my drinks to go. Food always looks good, and staff and buildings always clean and tidy.

This Costa is below par. The tables are usually dirty and full of used cups. It takes longer than average for service. Today we were served by Dana who was far too busy with what was going on around us to even use manners. When we gave our order she was preoccupied with what was being said to staff by other customer that she hardly acknowledged us, was very abrupt and cold, and impolite.Very disappointing.

Costa coffee is a extremely relaxing place to go I go on a Tuesdays mainly as I have the 02 app and you can get a free hot drink when you show the code to them

I was surprised to see such a dirty area on the counter and where the coffee and food was prepared..it may not have been dirty as such but it was incredibly untidy, coffee,milk, dirty equipment etc

This store make the best Choc brownie frappacino I have ever had x nowhere else makes them as nice as this one!!! The staff are always so pleasant to customers and each other and I just really enjoy the atmosphere!!! Keep it up guys you are all awesome!!!

Clean up!!!! 3 people behind the counter. Take a moment. Stop making coffees and clean up. It’s called organisation and order. If this is going to be a coffee only place with no clean spots to sit. Why have it so big and nicely decorated. A message now for the guests: TAKE YOUR STUFF TO THE BINS don’t leave it on the table

Great shop atmosphere, much bigger shopper location. Plenty of seating to choose from.Staff here are really friendly and orders get fulfilled really quickly.
