2 weeks to get someone to measure who only appeared after several chase up calls, then another week and we had to call them to get the price after the guy said he would text me with it and timescales for fitting which were too long. A shame because the initial help in the shop was good and no problem taking samples home to check.

Excellent value and service from start to finish. No sales pitch or pressure when choosing our carpets. Fitting was arranged at times that suited us and the fitters that came out were very polite, professional and done a great job. Highly reommend using Sillers.

After generations of my family being customers at Sillars carpets, I am disgusted to say that my mum was left in tears today. Next time, check you have hung up the phone correctly before you go insulting people. Nasty about customers and unprofessional! She won't be back!

I have dealt with Sillers for many years. He is extremely accommodating when it comes to delivery & cash doesn't change hands until the flooring is down & is satisfactory. Any issues are addressed promptly & if a fault is there then the offending flooring is replaced without quibble.All things considered I wouldn't go past Sillers.
