Blessed Yoga

Blessed at the Cowshed is an oasis of energy and calm and is at the heart of a wonderful community of kindred spirits. Driven by Niki's infectiously energetic personality a former shed on the edge of a beautiful field is now my go-to place to practise yoga. Niki has huge experience in teaching yoga to new and experienced alike. Her attention to detail in all things has created a welcoming and encouraging place to explore one's boundaries and benefit from all yoga has to offer. With her growing team of highly trained teachers there are plenty of classes during the week to suit one's needs.

Yoga on the deck at Blessed was pure magic. It was wonderful to finally be together as a team (post lockdown) and have Niki teach us in person. Also the perfect spot for an incredible post yoga brunch by the wonderful Gather & Feast. Thank you!

There has never been a better way to spend a Tuesday than harnessing the power of the elements, nourishing the body with goodness, and falling into deep relaxation in an immersive sound bath. Combine all of this with a stunning location and a team of beautiful souls and you’ve got my version of a perfect day.What a magical day! I feel so grateful to be able to attend a yoga retreat like this and call it ‘work’. It’s been over four years since I last saw Niki and the team at what was then Niki Perry Yoga at The Cowshed.The space is just as stunning as ever - a converted cowshed with decking out the back overlooking fields upon fields of British countryside near Sidlesham, Chichester. In the present day, the brand has evolved to become Blessed Yoga, and the whole space feels elevated with new decor and even a coffee bar - which was a welcomed surprise!

The only place to flow! Blessed yoga is inclusive , welcoming and fun! All the teachers are so friendly and the Cowshed has the most wonderful , tranquil feel. A range of flows to suit all abilities in a calm, relaxing environment. I would recommend to all

Blessed yoga studio leaves me feeling full of energy and enthusiasm after my practice. Nikki had built a fantastic community which has changed my life. I cannot thank Nikki and all the teachers for their amazing passion and wanting to inspire us.

Blessed is my haven. It’s my joy. It’s not just the yoga, it’s the community. The teachers are amazing - making the classes inclusive for all abilities. In the winter with the cosy log fire in the studio or on the deck in the field in the Summer. A truly special place that I feel lucky to have on my doorstep.

Excellent classes at Blessed. Lovely energy at the studio and really friendly regulars. I've done studio and online classes and the online experience is as good as IRL. James and Juliet's classes are great, still need to try Niki's classes :) see you again soon Blessed x
