The firm has been working on a probate matter. Must say I am incredibly disappointed in the service. Very slow to respond to emails and also very slow in carrying out their work. Did not action things until they has been prompted and reminded, most disappointingly lack the basic tax knowledge which nearly cost the estate c£70k unnecessarily if I had not intervened. People who may not have an accounting background would accept the solicitors advice, I wander how much this lack of knowledge has costs previous clients.

Called into the Wilks Partnership to request a Will for a family member that had passed away the request was made on Monday on Wednesday I recieved a call to say my Will was ready for collection a lovely quick friendly service

Used these solicitors for years when they were William & Soden always had good serviceUsed them under the Wilkes name had nothing but headache ,was charged three times the amount quoted would never use them again had real poor service

These debt collectors are still active even though the rest of us are in lock down. So much for all in this crisis together.
