All the food was hot and cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly. Service was reasonably fast but I don't mind waiting for things to be cooked freshly. I found the place to be very clean and the floors were not slippery as is often the case in UKFC. Other than that nothing to complain about.

I was looking forward to a Friday night takeaway. AFTER WAITING NEARLY 3 HOURS FOR FOOD TO ARRIVE I decided to cancil the order. Ended up having bread and butter, not what you want for a Friday night take away. Very reluctant to place any future orders. I am unable to provide feedback on the food as it never arrived.

I ordered takeaway from this place at about 1am. I thought it would probably turn up cold but wow! Was I wrong!! Chicken was fresh, chips were piping and crisp and the chicken gravy was unbelievable!! I will definitely order again, food was fantastic!!

My partner and I had ordered from here once before, what we had was nice, so we thought we would order from here again, unfortunately we both ended up on the loo the next day, we both were poorly afterwards. Such a shame.

Absolutely disgusting service. Took 2 hours to come and when we asked why it was because of the delivery before having wrong postcode???Sent a horrible looking piece of chicken as a free item to make us feel better. Kids were way past their bedtime, entire household at everyone throat because everyone was starving.Will never order from here again.

Order took nealy 2 hours to arrive called 3 times kept getting lied to and hung up on really bad Custer service. Will not order from these again

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered on the website for delivery. No confirmation or delivery time but payment taken. Tried phoning the store several times for an automated message to tell us to phone back later. Even sent them a message on Facebook but not expecting any communication from them at this point. Never ordering from here again and I strongly advise others not to as well. If anything is wrong with your order you have no way of contacting the store. My mother in law had to drive to the shop to actually speak to someone after 2 hours of waiting for them to be closed!!! When it said they were open!!!! Absolutely disgusting.

Great Staff and food was excellent plus the two free hot wings tasters helped my hungry son. All the best from Leeds. Near the airport. You helped in an emergency.
