So disappointed just joined EE my emails was not coming through went to Grimsby store as I work in the centre to see if it was something simple I was missing . Well I came away with a missing email account they deleted my I.cloud some of my Apps have been lost to be told I will have to contact Apple ! I do think the staff need more training the Assistant Manager was no help ! Why did I leave Vodaphone .

Went in to upgrade 2 contract phones which I originally signed up to through a 3rd party company - Friendly helpful staff, but product was way off base with prices...infact so bad the salesman literally didnt even bother trying to sell me an upgrade! Bad state of affairs when a 3rd party offers a better deal then main dealership!

Went into local EE shop spoke to a guy called Martin, easy to talk to and all round nice guy. my phone charging port has been what i thought had been broken for about a year, martin helped me out by cleaning the charging port out... i can now charge my phone... FINALLY, fantastic sales man!

I'm on holiday from New Zealand for 3 months and just wanted a sim card after a hour and half waiting I gave up and left.

I like going to EE as they are the best value network for me. I had asked a very helpful lady for a USB-C plug, who told me that there was a shop down the Mall who specialised in phone accessories and she told me where to go. The lady was very knowledgeable

My boyfriend got a new pay as you go phone today very nice friendly male staff and very welcoming he sorted out my boyfriend new phone for him my boyfriend is very happy with his new phone. Good customer service

An excellent museum.especially the surprise drive in an old Wolsey for my husband!!

Had a very pleasant experience with Dan and Jamie who were kind, helpful and very patient with my 91 year old mum. She had a problem with her phone, which they took time to sort out for her with no charge. Thank you so much - I would highly recommend your excellent customer service to anyone.

Operatives in the shop ok, but I advise that anyone going in to purchase goods take a pictured ID for if you receive faulty goods you will not get a replacement. I went in three times for new faulty phone only then did I have to ring main EE company to get a new SIM card, because the one I received did not work correctly. If you do buy a new phone ask for the SIM card be placed in phone and make sure it works ok.
