Faisal was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. With two toddlers in toe with us we arrived to book our flights, Faisal was great with the kids and sorted them out with the WiFi codes and expertly arranged our flights for us and at much better prices than simply searching Google or skyscanner. Excellent service and we will definitely be back and recommend others.

Faisal was a great help and very friendly over the phone and in person. Through Faisal I managed to get the ticket that I required and managed to save money by changing the date by a couple of days, Compared to other travel centres I phoned, I found this place to be the most helpful.

Was quoted £1080 for flight and hotel to only find the same deal on line £855 I always thought faisal and honest man but to charge 20 percent for doing a booking is scandalous would recommend this place to anyone I could accept maybe £50- 60 for doing a booking but taking over £200 gives the scammers a bad name and I even asked to cancel the booking avoid the travel agent like the plague

DO NOT GO TO THIS TRAVEL AGENT. I was told my visa was valid for 30 days and it was only valid for 15 days. This caused me to lose my ticket worth £750, and the travel agent refused to refund even though it was there mistake.

I hadn't travelled for two years before going to this agency. I always paid more the 300£ to go to Italy, with these guys I paid 112£!!! The staff is very friendly, ready and available to solve any kind of problem, I was helped very well with all the procedures required for the current Covid situation, I hadn't to worry about anything, I strongly recommend this place, I'll be back for sure!

Faisal was a great help and very friendly. Through Faisal, we were able to cut £700 off our flight costs from Edinburgh to Australia. Compared to other travel centres in Edinburgh, I found this place to be the most helpful and attentive.
