Dorchester Heating Solutions

We woke up on Saturday morning only to find that both our heating and hot water were not working. This becomes a serious issue when you have a 14 month old child.I rang around a couple of places, some of whom answered and others that told me they were closed until Monday. I then came across Dorchester and thought I would put their 10 minute call back service to the test.I was pleasantly surprised to receive a very prompt call back. I explained our issue and they assured me that they would have someone out to us the same day and would endeavour to get some level of service reestablished for us.The engineer who came out to us was very professional and polite and managed to get the whole system back up and running within an hour of arriving.We were very impressed and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Dorchester Heating provided a 5 star service. Very respectful, efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely use again and recommend highly.

Dorchester Heating recently designed and installed a new heating system for me. Highly impressed by the knowledge and suggestions for my new system. The level of workmanship was second to none and overall I am extremely happy with the end product. Highly recommended!

I was lucky I found Mustafa at Dorchester Heating Solutions! My system boiler fault couldn't be fixed by three previous gas engineers who quote said the repair with the electrical wiring was too difficult and time consuming for them to remedy". So after three weeks of consistent problems and angry tenants I was over the moon when I came across Mustafa

I contacted Dorchester Heating Solutions when my old boiler failed to turn on. The company were immediately responsive and came to view the boiler.The boiler was nearly 40 years old and required replacement as it was becoming dangerous to use. Dorchester Heating solutions acted quickly and professionally.They assessed the situation and the very next day I had a new and quality boiler fitted with no fuss and no mess. They worked efficiently and left the space spotless. I really appreciated their professional approach.They advised and guided me and kept me updated at each stage.

We had some boiler issues and Mus was able to come out and repair the issue in a very timely manner. He was very professional and reliable. Massive thanks!

IMPORTANT:THEY ADVERTISE BEING GAS SAFE REGISTERED BUT THEY AREN'T. THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD TO REMOVE THIS FROM THEIR WEBSITE BUT AS OF 11/04/17 THEY HAVEN'T REMOVED THIS.I am talking as a tenant in a property. We have had many problems due to this company. An overall rating is one due to no professionalism, lying, inability to fix issues, inability to attend to issues reported quickly.As always, a first impression is easy to make. But the experiences that followed have led to this point. We have had to deal with the person in charge of the company and he will give you the feeling of 'I will always know more than you and my answers are always right'. Now for one experience out of many explained below.Our heating had stopped working on our ground floor and top floor. This problem was reported to our landlord and he arranged Dorchester Heating to look at this. The person in charge came after 3 days and looked at the problem and said he has fixed it.The problem was not fixed and after 3-4 days of waiting as advised still no luck. We reported this again to the landlord and the owner of Dorchester Heating said to the landlord it is fixed and a call out will be charged. We said to our Landlord it hasn't been fixed but the landlord was reluctant to send out an engineer to fix the problem. It was only when we threatened the landlord with rent being witheld that they sent out the same person to us from Dorchester Heating. He came and said he fixed it. Simple questions were asked but as ever, the owner would make an argument over questions which were simply to understand how the system works. He even advised us strongly not to set the temperature of the thermostates to the temperature we want without a reason. This person is supposed to be skilled at what he does and provides clueless advise along with the attitude he is always right. Remember, this is the owner of the company! He advised it should be working by the afternoon.We informed the landlord in the evening that it isn't working and Dorchester Heating said they won't be available till 7 days later. This is a heating problem where temperatures at night at -5degrees with snow falling!! We had to put our case forward and they managed to come 4 days later instead, still not great. The owner arrived and was shocked his solution didn't work. After 10 minutes, he accuses us of tampering with the programmer which is what is turning off the system and then he walks out and doesn't fix anything. This person always wants to be right and there is no reasoning with this. As an owner of the company he comes in tracksuit and big white trainers, hardly a good impression for what he calls himself, a heating and plumbing solution which is reliable, trustworthy and experienced.As I say, this is one of the many negative experiences we have had as a tenant in a property.

I was very happy with the service Dorchester Heating provided, Mustafa was very efficient and reliable.I will be sure to use Mustafa again in the future.
