We recently completed a purchase from Randalls Residential. Ben looked after us from the start of our buying experience and we couldn't have asked for a better service. Ben was always very responsive to our queries and chased solicitors etc where appropriate to keep everything moving.Due to the recent pandemic our move was delayed, but Ben stuck with us and as soon as our chain was all happy to progress he got everything moving as soon as we could.Ben is very down to earth, professional, attentive and a pleasure to deal with - qualities we found somewhat lacking from others in the local industry.

In what has been unusual times with the turmoil in the media about interest rates, will there / won't there be a housing crash.Both Simon and Ben, have been with me and my family all the way in securing a positive outcome and sale. Proactive communicators, and I was very impressed how hands-on Ben was in removing roadblocks throughout the whole chain. Totally professional, charismatic characters which you want when someone is showing buyers around your home. Can’t thank Simon in particular enough as he took charge of our sale and did most of the communication. Simon also was responsible for getting us across the finish line and all this during an ever changing market.We had had a particularly negative experience with another agent and during this time I’d had many conversations with Ben who gave me his time and even though we weren’t their clients at the time. Working with Simon at Randalls was nothing short of excellent and very reassuring.Our situation was complex due to having to sell 2 separate properties in order to buy our new house via Randalls. It was all fine until one of our chains collapsed! Simon was amazing, always being the voice of reason and also a fantastic conduit between us and the vendors, keeping things calm and on track.
