*UPDATE*I wrote the review below 10 days ago. Got a speedy reply (below) saying 'We want to help'. But since then, no help at all. First they lost my email. Then, silence! Not a word.This company is a sham. Do not trust them!-I bought two 100% cotton flat white single sheets but was sent polycotton instead. The packaging did not give details of the fabric so I put them on the bed and only realised when I had washed them that the fabric did not feel right. The company said they would not take them back, until I quoted my consumer rights and they sent replacements.This time I got different fabrics! One is probably cotton, the other I don't know, though both labels say 100% cotton. What I do know is neither is close to the 200 thread count I paid for. One is about 130, the 'polycotton' more like 100.The response? We 'have a wide range of sheets so sometimes the material will differ'. Eh? 100% cotton 200TC is just that.Then 'If you are not happy, send them back'. So at my expense I have to return items that are not what I paid for.

Bought towels etc for my holiday let business. Very helpful staff, quick delivery and really good quality products. I highly recommend this company.

Bought the zero twist hand towels for my kitchen love the feel of them

Absolutely brilliant service thank you. We did initially receive the wrong items but after calling up, they speedily got the correct order dispatched next day. Really fabulous customer service and will use again.

I only bought an inner cushion pad but the very good advice on the website was crucial - otherwise I would have bought the wrong size, so MUCH appreciated. Plus delivery was vey punctual and courteous and they had bothered to forward my exact delivery address instructions to the driver which of course helped. So yes, you can feel very confident of good service from my experience.

The 'V' shape memory foam pillow is very comfortable, and 'V' shape pillowcases nice quality but a tight fit.The towelling 'teatowels' are of superior quality compared to local Supermarkets, and at a good price. Abysmal. Towels so thin you can see through them. Dirty tyre mark on unsealed pillows. Cheap polyester (not cotton or good polycotton) covers. Wrong size cushion inners sent. Returned immediately. Over two weeks waiting for refund and only received partial refund. Disputed with payment provider. Bad products, bad customer service. Then make it worse holding back refund.You’ve been warned!In response to your reply, absolute rubbish. PayPal are not withholding payment at all. You didn’t refund the full amount. I’m still waiting for you to refund the unpaid amount.

I recently ordered bed linen and towels etc for the first time and am very happy with the quality and speed of delivery. These items were for a holiday cottage and will do just nicely. I then made a second order for pillow and mattress protectors and thought I was going to have to cancel because of a last minute booking, so made direct contact with someone called Bob through FB messenger. Bob was really polite and helpful. There was no problem with the cancelling of my order and they were very understanding. As it happened I was able to source these items temporarily so I could complete my order and, again, was very happy with the quality and delivery.I would happily recommend to others as I believe you will receive good quality items at reasonable prices. I will be continuing to order all my cottage related bedding, towels and linen from here. Many thanks to Bob and Absolute.
