Car Mobile House

Fake/Defective products sold here, poor support and arrogant attitude, doesn't stand by words and jumps dates. Poor communication.

Popped into Car Mobile House yesterday as I was having problems with my phone when making and receiving calls. O2 had told me that in order for them to fix the problem they would have to initially wipe my phone then send it away which would take 7 days, after that I would recieve a quote so god knows how long it would take to have my phone back and to what cost! The gentleman in Car Mobile House was so friendly and he was able to fix my phone there and then! No need to wipe data at all, great price and a very warm, friendly customer service! 100% recommend!!

Brought pair of headphones payed £20 within 24 hours the snapped in half as I put them on would not recommend buying anything from them completely ripoff complete joke

Went in there to have my IPhone screen replacement, the guy done the job but after changing the screen my Face ID didn’t work so I went back to a different phone shop and explained them. They have told me he has not put back the original phone camera. Went back to him and told him the exact same thing he did not bother listening to me. I would not recommend him.
