I'm all for supporting cancer research.But last three pair of boots I've purchased from both your stores in Blackburn.The heels have come off the same day.Costing me 3 X the amount than the purchase to get them re healed.When I go back into your shops! Your staff are ignorant, unhelpful and basically don't want to know.Very quick to take my money but clueless how to resolve a problem.I will not be shopping at your stores AGAIN!

I buy books from here all the time as they are super cheap (2 for just a pound) and I've never been disappointed. All the books I've bought are in good sometimes even great, almost unread, condition. The staff are super friendly and lovely people. And obviously they are helping a great cause.
