Ordered breakfast lunch and dinner as I'm unwell in my bed. Easy to order. Delivery on time. Everything bagged up and no leaks from coffee. Hot food hot. Cold food cold. Perfect.Very inexpensive indeed. Great value.It tastes great, too.Highly recommended.

Their food is fresh and good variety, but their coffee is not so good and they dont have oat or almond milk. The seating is OK and clean but no WiFi is a big minus. Queue is long

An excellent place to stop for a quick snack and break. The doughnuts were soft and delicious. Hot drinks were great too. Nice seating area inside.Service could be abit improved though.

The best Greggs for coffee. They usually have soy milk and every drink is prepared just perfectly: with loads of cream, syrup and sprinkles. Honestly, their PSL is better than in S⭐️ on the same road.

I come to Gregg’s daily without fail. The staff there I guess are ok, nothing good to say about them neither do I have anything bad. My fav order is a margarita pizza. Far too many times I have arrived and all the cooked ones are finished. Every worse I always see a tray ready to go in the oven which they only put in once everything finished. It doesn’t look like the staff are on top of their top ups. Even worse the pic below was taken when there was no member of staff in the front desk for 2mins and no one els in the shop. The click and collect doesn’t always work during the times it should. Nothing against the staff but it’s either they are understaffed or just not in it

The your trainee guy behind the counter couldn't have done more to be kind and helpful to customers. He was kind to the you lad with his mum in front of me - doing the fist bump routine. He told me to bring back my items if I was in anyway unhappy. Coffee was v. cheap but very good.Well done that lad.
