The carpets are good and they do come and take measurments for free which is good but i think my disappointment was that they confir ed they take card payments but later they want bank transfer and claiming i need to pay extra for CP which was never told when the job was agreed such a shame my good feedback about them is somehow changed due to this a business should be clear with customer.For future i recommend them to be clear with customers anddont chnage the stance at he end

Do not trust whats so ever. They have no idea what they are doing and the carpet will start pulling off after a couple of days

Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this carpet shop specially the fitter in any way. The fitter have no professionalism, just doing the work forcefully.Strange, separate charge for silcicone. How come the owner or fitter come to change the floor of the bathroom but refused to put silicone around the toilet whereas he has seen there are silcone around the toilet with the old floor.If there is an option for half or quarter star ,they deserve it. Money is the only for them.
