Great experience booking our next holiday in store this morning with Alan.Alan is really friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable, we had a lot of questions as we haven’t been to our chosen resort before. We spent just over an hour together discussing all aspects of our holiday and booking it, and we never felt rushed.The experience was very personal and Alan made sure all our needs were catered for.All the staff are welcoming and friendly with exceptional customer service and knowledgeable across every aspect of your holiday.Thank you Alan and the team

Am a returning customer having booked both previous holidays and our honeymoon through the staff at Staines namely the female manager and Andrew.Today we booked a holiday with Aymen and I was left really impressed with his professional efforts.Aymens attentiveness was second to none, he was polite and conversation flowed easily, the considerations he advised us to think about as well as the general advice he offered was much appreciated.He found somewhere that was suitable for our needs, within our budget, on parr with what we wanted as a young family looking for somewhere our daughter could enjoy too.There was no hard sale, he kept a shortlist for us and allowed us to revisit each option many times over. He was only happy once we were. Will definitely be back to book 2024 with him.

Came into TUI Staines looking for holiday. Spoke to Alan who is absolutely amazing. He made sure he looked after us from start to finish. Spoke through all our options. Didn’t push us into anything.
