My two cats boarded on Wednesday 13th September for 10 nights , very small pen for two adult cats . Felt very cold there. No updates on how they were. Took several days for a reply. Came back very hungry . Will not be returning

I have never left my cat any where before and he is such a nervous cat that I was so worried about leaving him but I found this cattery and Kate were very friendly and put my mind at rest and it was so lovely that she texted me to let me know how he was getting on. I would recommend this cattery to everyone as I was so pleased with the service. It has heating and lots of space for your cats.

Kate is amazing, a real cat whisperer. We have two rescue cats that can be very suspicious of strangers, and Kate was brilliant with them. Definitely recommended.

The place was spotlessly clean, the space each cat gets in their ‘pen’ is good. I felt comfortable and that my cat would be in the next best hands! Our cat, when we picked her up, looked very healthy and happy. Would recommend Kate to others.
