Bluebird Care Cheshire West & Flintshire

We have had bluebird care for 2 years, most carer's excellent however on one occasion did not report a fall to us while we where present in the house, only found on pass.Following a death of one of our family who they had looked after for 2 years no phonecall following the bank holiday or offer of condolence, or interest when funeral was, seem very uncaring despite our loss. However this was not the case on a previous occasion I can't understand how things have changed.They have certainly gone down hill which is such a shame.

I have been employed with Bluebird Care for 3 years. It has been an amazing company to work for. I started as a care assistant and worked hard to become a senior carer. Giving me more responsibility and independence. I have gained friendships and have good working relationships. All my colleagues in the office are very supportive and we are like a close family, having a laugh and enjoying the jobs we do. My boss Rebecca strives to achieve the best care for each customer we take on, focusing on a person centred care plan. She cares for each customer and staff member, I know if I had any concerns or worries she will deal with them correctly ans professionally. I would 100% recommend this company to work for.

If you are looking for home care work or a home care service in the Flintshire or Chester area then Bluebird Care is a friendly and welcoming company. They are rated outstanding for care and the carers are lovely. When I first started working for them during the pandemic I found it an easy environment to slip straight into with good training and support.

I’ve worked for Bluebird Care for a year now and still love it as much as the first day I started! It’s such a rewarding job, especially when you develop a professional relationship with customers and fellow carers. Anyone thinking of working in home care, I would highly recommend it!

I have recently retired from my full time role at Bluebird Care but am helping out where I can on an adhoc basis as I enjoy working for them! They are a great care company! I have recommended them to my uncle! He has started to receive the care and is really pleased with everything.

I have been fortunate enough to secure a role within Bluebird Care. The training was very thorough and enjoyable. I was left feeling very confident about what was required of me and also comfortable with starting the role.I have also been able to shadow carers in different locations and again, this helped to boost my confidence and reassure me that I can do the role. I was supported and able to put my skills to use with the comfort that I had an experienced colleague with me.So far I am thoroughly enjoying my time with the company and their lovely customers.

I'm back working for bluebird for the second time. Everyone has welcomed me back with open arms and made me feel at ease. Love being back and meeting up with old and new faces. Glad to be back part of the bluebird family again.

We have been with bluebird care for almost four and a half years since my husband has been home from hospital and they have been nothing but caring and supportive not only for my husband but very supportive to myself ,he has come on so well and they are a great help to me, every career is so nice and he looks forward to there visits they are like part of the family .
