Same, had our iPad a week and went in to collect and said didn't have one in for repair, asked for our receipt then found it, called someone who brought it to the shop unfixed, young guy told us come back in an hour. Glass was poorly fitted over edges.

Customer service was amazing.The guy helped me in my phone and transfer my data free of cost in my new phone.strongly recommended ☺️

had my phone repaired here staff really nice and helpful did a quick job no faults and didnt charge me out the moon price

DONT USE THIS SHOP!!!! This place totally broke my phone instead of fixing it the screen is now in a worse condition than before i took it into the shop. The customer service was terrible no joke this place is useless.

i have never visited a phone store worse than this. firstly, i bought a phone from this store and the camera quality was beyond atrocious. about a week later, i returned the phone to the shop and asked what they could do about the quality of the camera. after doing so, they took my phone, and asked if i could come back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, i returned to the store and it had SHUT! i then had to leave town with no phone at all which also left me in a lot of difficulties'. i came back to the store the next day in which i had a right to be fuming. they was smug and rude about the whole situation. the staff and manager did not take my situation seriously AT ALL in which i think is very ill-mannered and frankly rude. would not recommend this store to anyone at all.

Awful service. Paid to repair a screen and it wasn't fixed properly so it cracked the same day. Went back the next day as I was assured it had a 'warranty' but they refused to fix it. Not willing to help at all just not their problem. Went to another phone shop where it was fixed properly (including the part that was left broken by this company) without issue and cheaper. Didn't want to give one star but it wouldn't let me post otherwise!

Had to get a new phone after having its screen repaired here. glass was fitted really badly around the ages; you could see inside the phone. i don't know if it was a coincidence, but after that day my phone battery went to pot and the battery % would go down by the minute, even if i hardly used my phone during the day.

Left my Samsung phone here for repair. Having been told it was fixed and ready for collection I turned up to be told they couldn't fix it. The phone was also now covered in scratches. Will I use their services again? NO

My daughter asked me to take her phone in for a screen repair - she was told anytime and it would take an hour and be £90, which she had paid for, I dropped the phone off and was told I had to wait for the delivery of the part and to collect after 4pm, which was annoying as we live out of Peterborough but none the less I went back at 4pm only for them to tell me that there was a problem with the delivery and I had to wait a few days - got my daughters phone back and the money refunded!!Don’t use these! Scam!
