I very rarely write a review for these sort of things, but sometimes its important to give credit where credits due. I went to Este at the beginning of the year to just find out about a treatment and was invited to come in for an initial consultation.I was met by Noemi who was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. For a guy its sometimes a little daunting to even consider getting any kind of treatments done. But Noemi helped to alleviate any concerns without any obligations. She has since, been my professional therapist throughout my current treatment. And ultimately I have clearly benefited from it.She also recommended another related treatment to me which she said I would really benefit from as she's personally just done the treatment herself. I have now started this other treatment with her and so far so good. Thanks again to Noemi, you're a star, and also to the rest of the team.

I decided to visit EsteHair Medical London (Harrow) more than 3 years ago and still going there. At the beginning I started with laser hair removal and have had an excellent experience. The clinic is very nice and clean. The staff is lovely and friendly. I would like to mention Ida, Noemi, Maryam and Dilyana. I have always been felt very welcomed from them. Especially ILLAYDA is full of knowledge and experience which immediately put my mind at ease and I felt so comfortable throughout the experience that I was in such great hands from the beginning. They use the latest technology. I have been doing also Hydra Facial and Microneedling. My results are absolutely INCREDIBLE! This is 100% the best place I have ever been to. Ilayda and Staff always makes sure I receive the results I want. I am so happy with them. Recently, I am doing PRP hair and face which I would highly recommend. I have been here for just over a year, the quality and professional is outstanding. They take great care with my laser hair removal and I have experienced very positive results. Due to my ethic background I have I mixture of extremely thick hair as well as hair that is fine, however the professionals are very experienced, they understand what they are doing and provides the best advise to ensure successful hair removal that is not compromised. The team are very respectful, my sister also attends and I have to wait for her, they offer tea which is lovely, but especially in winter. They do not only provide quality service but also take their time to support your overall wellness. I have read quite poor reviews which I cannot simply believe as my experience has been only positive. I’m infamous, it doesn’t matter, I’m treated with respect, value and I am very satisfied. Staff are friendly, informative, and really want to help. The services are really good, and the clinic is clean.Laser hair regrowth actually makes a difference! It's a very good process for reviving roots that are weak.
