Well what can I say I bought an apartment , 59 Abbottswood Chester and from the moment I bought to the exchange of contracts Charles was always there for me , any questions or issues I had he sorted out for me, even after I moved in Charles phoned to check everything was ok . I can’t give a rating as there,s no such number to give , Charles was very professional and courteous and went that extra mile , the only estate agent I know that makes you feel special, Thanks Charles

They were open and realistic about the initial sale price, providing a clear rationale. The details they created were high quality and quickly had viewers ready. We are currently buying a house via Reeds Rains and have been very impressed with our experience with Reeds Rains so far. We were shown around the property by Hannah and she has been managing the whole process for us, with great communication and quick responses. Really appreciate how easy they make the process, and how friendly the service has been. The worst estate agents ever. Three months and still no deposit back. Constantly lied to for months. Absolute joke. They hardly ever return emails either. Would love to know where our money is? About five times we have been told that they are transfering it and still nothing.

Dragged their heel throughout the whole process when I was trying purchase a property through them. Also misled me when I asked about parking at the property and completely wasted my time. Would not recommend, avoid.

Charlotte was actually acting for the previous owner and was not actually our agent but she was so helpful in getting what transpired to be a difficult transaction moving. She always kept us, our agents and solicitors in the loop" and whenever we wanted to view the property

Brilliant service ,all lovely branch staff and very helpful. Rented a house this year and got my deposit back all in good time and help with any maintenance issues that happened in the property. Would really recommend reeds rains Chester, thank you to all!
