Absolutely woefulI am only giving 1 star as there is no facility for zero starsUsed the GP service and received a private prescription that was wrong and made me question the competence of the GP tried to call the number listed and after 20 mins continuous ringing I gave up, waited and tried again for 20 same again no answerI sent email and got generic responseThe patient portal did not work after speaking with staff at my appointment they didn’t have an answer eitherAlthough they did badger to book there and then to see a big consultant! As the lady said your health is your wealth!!!A full refund would be in order but as they don’t communicate I doubt that will happenAVOID

I would seriously consider using Ulster Independent Clinic if you can. Unfortunately my insurance provider uses Kingsbridge. The barriers they put in place with regards to communication makes me wonder how they have a business at all.They don’t have a phone answering service AT ALL, and reply to emails with a generic answer, promising to return your email and then simply do not.Pathetic

I couldn’t recommend Kingsbridge hospital enough, so much so I wish there was a 10 star option!I chose kingsbridge due to long waiting lists and issues accessing help & diagnosis of Endometriosi/ PCOS.I booked online, and attended my first appointment with Dr Glenn in the Maypole clinic. He was absolutely amazing, so thorough and really listened and cared about what I had to say, which as someone with this condition I feel that’s so hard to find. He offered me a scan on the day and I got the answers I needed. After this, he created a treatment plan in which I had the option what I wanted to do. I opted to have the laparoscopy & Mirena coil fitted with Kingsbridge as NHS waiting lists are far too long. Within 2 weeks I had a surgery date and I’m now in recovery.For the hospital itself, all I can say is it was remarkable. Everyone from the cooks, receptionists, HCAs (especially Ann!) Nurses, anaesthetists and doctors where absolutely amazing. You could tell they cared so much about you and were constantly checking in, making you comfortable and helping you with everything. The room was immaculate, so comfortable and barely even felt like a hospital! These people truly are angelsI understand that private healthcare is expensive and not all of us have access to it, especially in these trying times. But Kingsbridge has been the best choice I made, I recommend it for Everyone. But especially women who have been suffering for a long time with a gynaecological condition.

Waiting on a report on my Cardiac MRI for 6 weeks is absolutely ridiculous, does anyone even care how urgent this was and the reason I paid so much to go private ?They have ignored 4 emails sent over the last 10 days and NEVER answer the phone.I would suggest to go anywhere but here.I will not be back.

Attended a Pain Management consultation. Consultant recommended a treatment plan, and to book follow ups for a series of treatments. I contacted the hospital to advise on the cost of these treatments 2 months ago. Since then I have had at least 3 email chains end in radio silence from Kingsbridge. Each time the advisor telling me they are contacting the consultant to confirm and will get back in touch, then, nothing. Phone calls also result only in long waits with no answer. Appalling level of service, would advise patients to seek treatment for urgent matters elsewhere.

I had a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (Gallbladder removal) 4 weeks ago. I would highly recommend my Surgeon Consultant Mr GARTH BEATTIE, he done excellent job. Everything went well, he is very nice, kind and makes you comfortable. My recovery and healing process went so well and quick. I could not thank you enough for keeping me safe. My father Joe Curran had his hip operation last Saturday and he couldn’t recommend Kingsbridge enough, all the medical staff and surgeons were fantastic, from start to finish and he received first class care, we can’t thank them enough for what they have done, my father has a new lease of life.

The clinical staff are 5 star. This review is for the admin system.The communication barriers with this service are so extreme that I strongly recommend considering an alternative provider, if available.There is no option to speak with a human being over the phone for queries or appointments. Even the Complaints mailbox is full and unattended.This is particularly callous for elderly patients awaiting cataract surgery, as the digital interface is nearly impenetrable for them.Call backs, which can only be scheduled through the digital interface, can take days. Furthermore, the telephone team hangs up when encountering a simple phone screen system designed to protect elderly individuals from scammers, which only requires stating their name to have the call answered.It is my sincere hope that the customer service team takes note of these concerns and takes immediate action to improve this crucial interface with their service. The current impersonal interface disproportionately affects the elderly, leaving them without a voice.In the case of my elderly mother, days were wasted attempting to have a query answered by speaking with someone.This dehumanizing system severely lets down both the excellent clinical staff at Kingsbridge and their clients. I strongly suspect that many others have experienced distress and frustration due to the impersonal and dehumanizing treatment by the team responsible for arranging appointments.Please prioritize addressing these issues promptly to ensure a more compassionate and effective system for all customers.
