Decent parking, good sized store. Didn’t seem to be a whole lot of staff on the shop floor to help with finding products, which is annoying as the layout didn’t seem to make sense to me (why have plungers, toilet brushes, and bleach/drain unblocker in 3 separate locations?).The prices are a bit steep, but it’s local, has reliable opening hours, and can be a lifesaver in an emergency.

Good variety.Shopping here for years.Only annoyance you can never find anyone to help you look for owt if you do they can't be bothered to show you and will just direct you.Or they lack info in the matter.In past I have had to load mycar myself with heavy stuff cos no one around on many occasions as I took 6months to do my entire house was regularly comming.

Great selection of many items DIY related and other things too. A nice garden area too in this store. Prices are OK, the only thing I'd ever say about b and q is that some things can be a little higher in price than other places, but overall, it's a good place.

It's B&Q so everything you'd expect! It happens to be conveniently placed for me. The staff are helpful, paint mixing and generally their is always someone around to help. The range is decent, not a depot after all.

The majority of the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, especially after we had experienced some issues with a product.The store is a fairly large one with plenty of options for various DIY tasks.

I would never buy a kitchen from here again, we have had bits missing, cupboards being discontinued after they missed them off our delivery, white cupboard doors being delivered instead of grey for top cupboards which we decided just to keep but we still needed two more doors which now they’re saying they don’t have in stock. We have other things we don’t need - been a mess from start and we’re still struggling to get what we need. Would not recommend.

I bought a cabinet on B&Q however when got home and started assembling it there were missing pieces and I was also disappointed as the cabinet had no holes to fit the pipes. Went back to the store and the manager Martin sorted very quickly and I was satisfied with the resolution he offered. Thanks Martin for rebuilding my trust with B&Q
