Really nice service for some battery’s for my car remotes which I could not find elsewhere in Hayle -manager was really friendly and helpful

Conveniently located just off the A30 with plenty of parking, this screwfix is fast and well stocked. I ordered using the app and I checked in when I arrived, meaning I was inside for less than 30 seconds. Very fast and excellent service from brilliant staff.

Service was horrible… made me feel very uncomfortable asking about a question… maybe because im a woman but I don’t expect to ask a question and get laughed at for it and then continue laughing for the next 5-10 minutes… didn’t even get what I wanted as I felt too uncomfortable and just brought whatever they offered

My 'go to' for hardware. Lovely staff who go beyond to help.Used to go Jewsons, but always felt awkward, probably due to me being female. There's not a chance of that in Screwfix. The guys don't talk down to you, and if you're really not confident, there's usually a female member of staff around.

Great service, very patient and helpful, special thanks to Jessica, and Josh. Just helping check the spec of a door 'thumb turn lock' cylinder for example, I learnt alot, it's obvious when you know, a 100mm 45/55 when you need one. And ordered for next day delivery. Perfect.
