Unfortunately had a bad experience with this particular branch. While the delivery was quick and the food was generally good, as expected from pizza hut, I received a wrong item and this minor mishap that should’ve been resolved easily quickly escalated when I called up the place for a resolution. The customer service I received was abysmal to say the least, the staff were rude, dismissive and then hung up on me. If you encounter any issues with your order, don't expect a refund or a satisfactory resolution.

Always hot and quick. The drivers are very friendly. I once had a problem and they were very quick to find out the problem and provide a solution. Keep up the good work. Pan Margherita is the OG!

Ordered for delivery about 40 minutes before closing, it arrived quickly and was very fresh! Was it the best pizza I've had? No, it's pizza hut... isn't that what you expect?? I'd order again if late and hungry lol

Never received order as Deliveroo scammed us. Driver didn’t show up with delivery and lied that he had leaving us with no pizza and £30 out of pocket. Do not order as you won’t receive or a refund
