staff very nice e polite especially a man called antonio took is time to explain where everything was and teach me how to use scanber very polite...food purchase half and half somethingnreal bargain something a bit expensive

CHECK THE BEST BEFORE DATES!! I recently found out some of the crates of drinks sold here were out of date. Some by a year, britvic soda water was 9 YEARS out of date! I assume when I buy something that it is in date, and it shouldn’t even be a worry. All these crates binned, at least I noticed for my business, Booker should do the same.

The staff are excellent. Always helpful.Can always find what I want.The warehouse is always clean and well maintained. 10/10.

Upon arrival greated by nothing but attitude, staff not helpfull at all and just treated rudely.Overall experience shocking and never returning to this branch ever again.

Big old place, not many staff, everything everywhere, and quite expensive

First experience there and the staff where great! The only thing is that most items are PMP, bar that it was nice clean and organized!

Staff are lovely and friendly stock wise a bit hit and miss alot of the time

Generally okay staff are helpful and friendly, its quite expensive for a cash & carry, but convenient. My moan though is a lady who works at check out, who 3 times in the last few weeks has been eating at the same time she served me. The first time she was eating an ice cream Cornetto and actually had it hanging out her mouth while going through my trolley! The second time was a packet of crisps which she was constantly going back to at the same time serving me..why not just leave them until after? And finally most recently a cup of soup which she was dunking some bread in, again while serving me and again constantly going back to it instead of leaving it for later. Each time there have been other staff very close-by who must see this and apparently think its okay? You are part of the customer service industry and this is poor.
