If you want to feel being ignored, Mercia is the right company to get in touch with. No reply to emails, promises of returning a phone call - never happens. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.

Brilliant engineering and outstanding customer care!My practice had two non functional surgeries left in a ''bit'' of a mess by an ''experienced'' engineer from a local company, having to wait 2 weeks for spares and expecting a ''nice'' invoice...A- Dec recommended Mercia Dental....Neil arrived a few hours later...fixed both chairs in 2 hours an 30 minutes....no spares needed...Simple as that!Thank you very much.(Twickel Dental Practice)
