Sullivan Buses

As a regular user of the 306 & 398 service, I happy with the service that they provide me. Whenever on the buses I am now well known due to being a customer for 2 years. Whenever on the buses most of the drivers know what I want. Sometimes I talk to the drivers that I know. The only thing that I would like is if the 398 route could be more frequent otherwise I am very happy.

London buses aplenty and if wedding planed you know were to go for transport in the London area.

I think sullivan buses is by far the nicest company in Hertfordshire the drivers are the best you can get andthe head of the company and the performance manager are both great people and run the company brilliant

I'm guessing Sullivan Buses don't care about the service they provide since they know there is no competition. There can be no other explanation for the fact that the dedicated school buses run so haphazardly, arriving at random times or not at all.And then you have the situation when the Bus App shows they're on their way and you wait, before realising that the bus clearly doesn't exist because it never gets closer and you have no other alternative to get to school.And that's before we get to the problem of numerous breakdowns, the lottery decision of whether to stop at the bus stop or not etc.All in all a terrible company who sadly don't need to care about poor reviews because they appear to have a monopoly.

Great bus journey today on the 951 from Watford to Thorpe Park return. The bus came perfectly on time in both directions, exactly to the timetable. The driver Jasper was really friendly and helpful and a really lovely guy. Thank you Jasper for a really pleasant journey.

I have seen one of Sullivan buses (603) nearly kill a cyclist this morning... really impatient driver in High Barnet. Appalled that they let people like this drive school buses.

I worked for them a whole week through the Timejobs recruitment agency and they paid me only 2 days after being 1 year claiming and waiting for my salary.. Please avoid this fraudulent Company in all the ways...

If I could give this company no stars ,would be perfect. If you can avoid the Bus 299..please do you will be waiting in Queens AVE where it starts for the whole day. Every single Monday morning my son waits for this bus, he is there from 7.40 going to Barnet Southgate college. But is late every Monday. Just standing at the bus stop WAITING... Absolutely Disgusting!!!!!!
