Land of Beds

My husband and I have been sleeping for quite some time now on what equates to be a slab of cardboard….. we knew it was time for a change. In the day and age of internet purchases, we took a leap of faith and decided instead to brave the elements of a bed showroom and see if anything was worth our fancy, albeit on a limited budget. We met Irene, and what a breath of fresh air she was. Immediately warm and welcoming, like stepping into a family living room, she gave us a wonderful tour of several options that met our specifications, and even encouraged us to try some new ones she thought we might like. I am so glad she did because we were introduced to an amazing hybrid bed that supported the needs of my husband’s bad back, and my fondness for soft and squishy beds. Irene was kind and friendly and even when we took several minutes to “lounge” and test the beds she was patient and helpful. We decided to go with a brand of bed that she had recommended for us that felt really affordable for the quality, and when it came to talking financial payments on it we were helped through a low-stress payment plan. We are ecstatic to receive our new mattress and get our first good night sleep in ages, thank you!!

I don't normally leave reviews but was very impressed with the service from this family run business. Good to be able to do business with the family businesses - especially when the are the cheapest and deliver great customer service. Thanks Julie for your help on the phone.

I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Land Of Beds and strongly advise against using their services. I recently purchased an otterman bed from them, and the entire process, from the quality of their products to their customer service, has been nothing short of appalling.To begin with, I encountered a total of five separate issues with the bed I purchased. Each time, I had to go through the hassle of having new parts delivered, which happened on several separate occasions. Despite these efforts, the bed's problems persisted. The ottoman bed supports came off the bed, rendering it incapable of being raised or lowered. When I reached out to Land Of Beds once again, expecting them to take responsibility and find a solution, their response was utterly unsatisfactory. They stated that they did not believe there was a manufacturing issue and effectively washed their hands of the entire matter. Their apology came across as insincere, as they simply stated, Sorry
