I have a waited a month before I posted my review to see how the equipment really worked, I was very impressed with the sales pitch and demonstration but needed to see it with my own eyes, very impressive to see where any of our vehicles are in real time and a log that shows you downtime and route taken has already made us a more efficient company these are paying for themselves. After meeting with SO-Trak I was extremely pleased with their professional and knowledgeable approach to security and telematics. We have a mixed fleet of both plant and machinery, the solution is very flexible and the fact we can immobilise our vehicles and plant was a real added plus. Would highly recommend when looking for tracking services.

I had some bad experiences with tracking companies, hidden clauses in contracts, poor service, unreliable backup etc so it's fair to say I approach tracking companies with a reserved sense of caution.The experience with So Track has been excellent. The price is competitive, the team is big enough to cope but small enough to care and the product itself is far more user friendly then anything we have used previously.
