Slow slow slow service! Loads of people waiting, distinct lack of staff collecting orders. When my order was ready, my number was called. My item was sat right there but the young lad just could not see it. I was giving him left, right, up, down directions! Would have been quicker to get it myself! Very frustrating! !!

not impressed with the way you have to order and then wait in line for over 20 mins with 2 people at the tills and your the next in line. slow is an understatement. 8 people waiting behind me and still waiting to be served if i wasnt desperate i would be leaving. nothing said to me about wait and staff that dont know what their doing

Worst one I've been in so far. Moody, rude teenage staff don't even know what they are doing. Weirdest customer service I have ever experienced. Was like walking in to a place where all the grounded teenagers have to work on a Saturday!

Usually don't have any issues here, but after speaking to head office about returning a faulty TV within 30 days of purchasing it, was told by both head office and a store manager on the phone I could return it for another model and pay the difference. However when I lugged the 55 model down to the store

Great size Argos with plenty of stock!Prices are typically a little more expensive than competitors but it's practical and quick.Always check you have the right product as I've had a few issues in the past that were quickly resolved by the friendly staff.

There’s no customer service, you can’t see item before buying them, nobody there to guide you through the purchase process and you can’t even call the store. Loads of plastic, no sustainable materials. Basically the emblem of consumerism, individualism, depersonalisation. Very backward. I wouldn’t recommend.

Ever since the revamp, waiting times to place an order or pick up an eBay item have been horrendous. What is the point of having eight till positions in a row when there are never more than two staff ( usually one) on them. Senior managers need to address this.

Awful. Don't bother with fast track. I had to return something and you'd think I had personally aggravated the woman because of it. A very abrasive. ..what's wrong with it!? It was a gift I had bought for my daughters birthday but she had something else she would rather have. The item had not even been unwrapped. I gave her the order code and pin as requested. ..came back and said...need your email ....came back...i need to see the email...i had a text which said this is your receipt. ..no... need to see the original email. So i had to log in to my email and troll through to find it. Its no wonder we are a turning to online shopping!
