Absolutely horrendous customer service, been promised dates for months now and been left with a room in an unusable state. Knowing we have small babies and its the main space for us, completely could have been avoided with any adequate communication.Lies told, dates missed and excuses constantly given, to the point we've had to get a refund and go elsewhere, costing us months of delays.Avoid like the plague, I wouldn't do business at all with this firm again. Ray and Julie spot on, probably the only reason this business has any trade. The owner though, baffles me that they've got this far.

Had some sliding doors and bedroom furniture fitted today. Its been a pleasure dealing with the company. Everyone has been so helpful and professional. The quality of their work is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A truly 5 * performance

Had a wardrobe and refrigerator kitchen unit fitted recently and have to say the quality of products and the fitting by David is truly outstanding. It exceeded my expectations and am delighted with my dealings with Ultra Bedrooms from start to finish.

Over the moon with our wardrobes only slight problem is we have now realised we need more - in other rooms. Initially our bedrooms were measured and we were provided with plans - slight tweak and we finalised the order. We were not quite sure on the finish we had opted for and found the showroom to have an extensive collection of products to choose from. The job was booked with enough time for us to prepare the rooms for the ready. Both wardrobes have been fitted today in a shorter time then expected, well planned with no mess and excellent craftsmanship. We also found the price to be competitive.

We’re really happy with the finished wardrobes, Ray in the sales team is fantastic and all of the fitters were very helpful. However, I had to wait in on 10 separate occasions for people to attend (sometimes they turned up, sometimes they didn’t), constant communication back and forwards to arrange as the insides of the wardrobes can’t be fitted on the same day as the doors (no one told us this until the fitter on the day) and the handles weren’t delivered. One missed appointment was completely valid and couldn’t be avoided but the others were all down to poor organisation by Tracey in the office. Since the team are aware that this is an issue, perhaps some support for Tracey would be helpful.

Just got some wardrobes fitted today...price was better than previously quoted and very happy with the work...thankyou.

Used this company last year to rip out and fit new wardrobes. Prices are really good. Honest sales pitch, realistic timescales, quality materials and the employees and sub-contractors were very professional.Used for 3 different projects now. Quality of service and product is brilliant. Next project is kitchen. See you soon…..

This place is Amazing from walking in the door so welcoming and helpful decided what we wanted got an appointment with Chris one of the designer guys with in one week he was brilliant explained every thing brilliantly paid 30 % deposit and my wardrobes will be getting fitted on Friday then pay my balance plus you get 10 years guarantee I just could not believe the price in total excellent Price and this is a very good family business all this in 16 days Wow I'm still dancing about it I will update when my wardrobes have been installed but I have no doubt at all they will look amazing What a brilliant family company all fitted and Amazing top notch and value for money still dancing Love them What an amazing family business Thank you
