Liv is absolutely wonderful! I came in due to a painful and stiff shoulder. Not only was she a pleasure to be around but her technique made a massive difference with my pain and mobility.The studio itself was very clean and smelt lovely!Will definitely be coming back for more :)

Opal Sports Therapy
I've been for a couple of massages with Olivia and have been really impressed with the results. We discussed my issues and she tailored my treatment according. I've had numerous sports massages before and Olivia is able to relieve tension in my back and shoulders without leaving me in pain for days afterwards. Highly recommended.

I came with a trapped nerve in my neck and had pain going down my arm and within 3 sessions Liv had helped me relieve my pain.I was very pleased with the service.I keep up with maintenance appointments to keep everything in order.Highly recommend!

Olivia is fantastic. I've been to her a couple of times now with glute and knee issues and I couldn't recommend her more. She is so thorough and knowledgeable at what she does and also such a nice, friendly person.

Opal Sports Therapy
Sports therapy is not just for sports injuries. Having a problem with my shoulder, I decided to try Opal sports therapy after little success with the NHS waiting lists for MRI and Physio. I am thoroughly impressed with the results so far, I have greater flexibility without the pain after attending the sessions, and the issue with my shoulder is improving. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you have joint issues like myself.

I come to Liv every other week for a maintenance massage as in a regular in the gym. Such a friendly face and definitely knows her stuff! Not sure how I managed before, now my recovery is 10x better!
