I haven't been going here for too long however, it is an amazing experience, I have post 1.25kg in just 2 sessions.

I have been a martial artist for the past 10 years and this is one of the best, friendliest clubs that I've been to.Over the years I've been here, I can say we have solid classful of people in all age ranges, which is good because it helps push us to be better. We work together in classes in a cooperative style and have a lot of partner work.We have a competitive sparring class, which is really fun and helped push me to the next level of martial arts training. Master Edwards is a top coach and also employs only the best, and we are now part of an association - the WFMC with whom I won a world champions.I'd highly recommend this, families are welcome and age isn't a problem, they tailor the program towards you!
