The service department went out of their way to rectify the fault on our Truma Combi boiler and when it became clear that the fault couldn't be fixed without changing a component they didn't have in stock they put everything back together and didn't charge for their time.They have a vast range of accessories in their shop to choose from with very friendly helpful staff. There is also a large range of used caravans in stock. I can't thank them enough for their professional assistance and help, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

The water pump stopped working in my Motorhome whilst I was holidaying in north wales. Having seen the reviews for Hamdden Caravans I gave them a ring and they said to just come to their shop and they would do their best to help me. When I arrived they couldn’t have been more helpful, I didn’t even know which part was the pump but they were happy to send someone out to have a look and test it for me. Having concluded the pump was broken they replaced the part for me. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend them.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place. Called in with some battery and pump problems and even though the staff were obviously extremely busy they went out of their way to resolve our issue and get us back on the road. Prices also really reasonable . Brilliant service thank you.

Our motorhome gas regulator failed at the beginning of a 3 week tour of (gorgeous) North Wales.We Googled local repairers and chose you ! Best choice ever. Sean (hope spelt correctly) was absolutely charming and fixed the (holiday wrecking) problem in moments. Not too expensive either!So pleased, so relieved, so thankful.By the way, I hope the boss’s RS1800 is back on the stages soon !Thank you SeanJulian & Vanessa

Great service and very friendly. Submersible water pump wasn’t working. I took my old one with me and they checked it to see if it was the pump. It was faulty. New one was in stock. Very well stocked shop with lots of spares. Would highly recommend.

Excellent friendly service. Repaired our fridge in our caravan whilst on holiday, fitted us in extremely quickly to help us out. Very reasonable price for the part and repair. Would highly recommend, first class.

On holiday in North Wales from Scotland. Had some water pump issues. We thought it was a faulty pump controller. Bought the part from Hamdden caravans. They said if it don't work bring the part back for a refund. There engineer talked us through what to do and we got things going. We went to another caravan dealer next to where we were staying they were not interested. But hamddens first class service

I don't often share reviews unless I get exceptional service. Woke up this morning to a badly leaking skylight on our motor home. Turned up without notice at Hamdden, where they fixed our leak while we did our laundry in the nearby coin-op and wandered around their store, a veritable Aladdin's cave of camping and caravanning goodies. At the end of which they charged us a very small sum for repair. More rain last night but no more leak. Thanks a million!
