I find it necessary to share my profoundly disappointing experience with Revive in the hopes that others can avoid the frustration and inconvenience that I have endured.My unfortunate encounter with Revive began when I was compelled to use their services due to an insurance claim. From the very start, communication was alarmingly absent. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them via emails and calls, my efforts were met with utter silence. The irony that this is a company in the business of repairs and customer service is not lost on me.Only after persistent pestering, did they finally address my concern – and even that was a chore. The alloy repair that my insurance had deemed necessary was eventually done, but not without an incredible waste of my time and energy. The simple act of getting them to attend to the repair became a Herculean task, and this kind of ordeal should never befall any customer.It's essential to emphasise that my decision to engage with Revive was not a matter of choice but a forced one due to the insurance claim. Their lack of responsiveness, ignoring of emails and calls, and a notable disregard for basic customer service principles was disheartening, to say the least.To anyone considering Revive for their services, I implore you to think twice. If a company cannot even manage to communicate with its customers, let alone attend to their needs in a timely and efficient manner, then they are clearly not deserving of your business.A deeply frustrated and disappointed customer.
