Went to get my daughter the new iPhone max Pro. The person who dealt with us was very professional. The service was very quick, no waitiing and she had the new mobile within 20 mins of entering the 02 shop the staff are very helpful and friendly I would recommend the 02shop in Aintree

I visited the 02 store, aintree regarding a deceased customer. Jess was so lovely and kind, she and the lady i spoke to in the deceased dept really made this experience so much easier for me.Jess was very kind. I appreciated her excellent face to face customer care .

I know nothing about phones, but it was all explained and went through smoothly.I was served by a lovely lady called Jess, whom I would recommend to everyone. Friendly, happy, and she knew her job without overwhelming me with tec. Well recommended.

Not impressed with the aftersale treatment when I went back into the shop....Seems to me its all about the sale and not aftersales. Thanks to 02 advice I now have no phone number for the second time in 36 hours so therefore can't use my phone for calls

Worst store I've ever been to in my life, I went to get a monthly plan to use for work and simply in addition to being poorly served, the attendant was super rude and racist!

I ALWAYS go to this store incredibly friendly helpful staff... (Nathan and Beth helped me last time putting my daughters watch link to her phone) it feels like there's nothing the staff wouldn't do to make your phone experience better .The o2 store has helped me get the best deals with the most discounts for over 5 years . Great guys !!!

O2 Shop Aintree
O2 have the slowest speeds in Liverpool. Their network is oversubscribed and they do not invest in their infrastructure. The consequence is that I cannot get 4g or 5g speeds much more that dial speeds 95% of the time.
