Bought a car from Crown, no pushy salesmen just left to look round. When found a car I liked Nathan was the one who looked after us. He was very helpful from start to finish, would recomend.

There are no guarantees that a second-hand car won't have a problem, and so it was with the one I bought from Crown. Though the car itself was/is great, it had a recurring issue that even specialists struggled to diagnose. Great credit to Stewart, Justin, and the rest of the guys at Crown for spending so much time - and, I'm sure, money - doing everything they could, over a period of 8 months, to get my car fixed. They even lent me a car temporarily when mine was off the road!Honestly, they've got a customer for life in me.

The salesmen at Crown Cars were extremely helpful and friendly when viewing and test driving one of their cars. The car was as described. I did not buy due to unrelated reasons but will definitely consider in the future.

Being a new driver, I needed something easy and affordable. Nathan and Joe helped me pick out the perfect first car which was a part exchange they had just taken in. Even thou its old and done some miles it runs great and does its job!. thanks again and i will be back as soon as i can afford to upgrade.

The worst experience I have ever had when buying a car, I asked for the car to be checked by my garage before buying, got a phone call saying car was ready and told them it hadn’t been to my garage yet so left it with them to sort, rang 3 days later to see what was going on to be told the car wasn’t ready to go to my garage yet? Even though they told me 3 days ago the car was ready to be picked up finally got it to my garage 2 weeks after putting deposit down and now got a vibration coming from the front wheel, can’t be bothered phoning them as they haven’t got a clue. Stay well clear.

Bought a Vauxhall Insignia at the beginning of May and must say that the staff were friendly and helpful but at the end of the day they are selling cars. So far, and after the free 3 month warranty run out, it has needed a new timing belt (which I expected to get anyway) a new steering rack, that I was told must have been going a while, a rear spring which had broken, a leaking fuel filter and now this week a new clutch and dual mass flywheel. So far cost me £1400 plus and I've only done 2000 miles to date. It was supposed to have had a 150 point check before I bought it. It actually came with the service light coming on which turned out to be a damaged glow plug. Again this should have been picked up at the time. I get somethings can't be checked but the steering rack should have been picked up and possibly the dual mass flywheel. I could have got a newer car but trusted the checks that had been made by their mechanics. Lesson learned and never again will I buy from here had I couldn't trust that the car will have been properly checked over.

Brilliant service, not pushy at all and had a great selection of cars. Nathan was great, clearly works very hard. He kept me up to date and I'm very happy with my new car. Would recommend
