Had a really positive experience getting a piece of jewellery valued at Prestige Valuations. An appointment was made promptly at a time that suited me and I couldn't fault the experience at the appointment itself. Clare was really friendly and helpful, setting me at ease. Regretted using them. Paid good money for home service. Don't use if you need open market valuations - items will be over valued as non-standard valuation methodology applied. Each valuer in company has different level of expertise and depends if the valuer you get has expertise in type of jewellery being valued, can identify gold and gemstones.

Repaired my signet ring which I had accidentally run over and squashed. Repaired very quickly and to a very high standard. They even preserved the inscription around the inside of the ring. Now looks like new. Really excellent work. Thank you.

Brought in a Rolex for authenticity check. Rang ahead to book in an appointment and Claire on the reception was very friendly and accommodating. Brought the watch to the appointment and was ready for collection in a timely manner and Claire called me straight away to let me know when it was ready to be collected.

Great experience at Prestige Valuations - starting from when I contacted them to the valuation itself.Chris was extremely helpful and gave me all the right information as soon as I got in touch and Clare was absolutely a pleasure to deal with: very experienced, funny and so pleasant!I didn’t have to leave my engagement ring with them, the valuation was carried out in front of me and within 20’ or so - unlike most companies that ask you to leave your ring with them for weeks!I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I recently purchased a watch, and as I suspected it might not be authentic, I was keen to get an expert opinion. From the first contact via phone, to the actual authenticication, Prestige Valuations was just amazing. Whilst the watch was indeed a fake, resulting in some more trouble, I felt like I was in very good hands with the owner Tim and he was really invested in helping me solve the situation. Can only recommend and will certainly be back.

I would 100% recommend Prestige Valuations. They provide a great, reasonably priced service which is speedy. The service is friendly and it was a pleasure interacting with Claire and Mark, who are both extremely helpful. I actually tried to get the valuation completed from another highly rated" company on Hatton Gardens prior to using Prestige Valuations. They were meant to email me a quote after the initial inspection and photos taken but never did. An important point to note is
