I called in recently with a small, but important, problem which needed sorting. They bent over backwards to help me, and eventually came up with a solution, even though they were busy. I would recommend this company.

Fantastic service from Paul and his team. From the measure up Paul gave us some great advice which actually saved us money. The fitting team were amazing, friendly lads who are polite and hard working. I usually hate having tradesmen in but these lads were lovely and did a great job. Their care and attention to detail was so refreshing to see and I will definitely be using them again.

Brilliant service from start to finish, can't recommend enough, given a plan of what it would be like, by Jim, and the plan was brought together by James, excellent job!

They were great at taking our order and we felt valued as customers as they did spend time helping us to make choices etc. It went downhill from there, we had arranged for the work to be done whilst away on holiday and it was disastrous!! We returned to an ensuite that was hardly started, never mind finished. Whilst on holiday there were numerous issues and the plumber (Ian) was their only saving grace as he is professional and efficient. The owner who had happily taken our order had ordered some items wrong, the toilet was the wrong size and the moulded sink was also the wrong size, the shower tray didn’t drain so had to be replaced. We really felt let down by tile and bathroom world and that the owner hadn’t really paid attention to our needs, he never phoned us to apologise for all the problems and left it to his self employed plumber to put everything right and liaise with us. The job finally finished at the end of July and although we paid £80 for the part P electrical certificate it still hasn’t arrived, even though we’ve chased it up twice.They appear as really friendly and helpful but the after sales customer service is diabolical and I wouldn’t recommend using them simply based on this.

Had them out to measure up for an en suite. The gentleman who came out I presume he was the owner told us to come down today Saturday 22nd May although he didn't give us s time. We called and the same man and a women was in the store they didn't have a clue why we were there. He said he had forgot to do the design. Surely you would note down what day a customer is calling and have something ready. I've been busy is not an excuse!!We walked out. If they are like this at the initial stages I dread to think what the build would be like. Far better bathroom show rooms out there.

Would highly recommend this company, we our delighted with the finish of our ensuite shower etc.James was our fitter.

Helpful staff and full project management from start to finish. Products ordered and fitted to a professional standard. Awkward space/cupboard/slanted ceiling all accommodated and looks fab.

Long and difficult experience with the company, going back to July, three toilets and two sinks and two shower trays later, no electrical safety certificate and a leaky waste water pipe. They will send another email! Thankfully Ian the plumber has been very understanding.
