Absolutely outstanding service my boiler had brocken down today Christmas Eve Diamond Heating Solutions was highly recommended by a family friend to use....I can definitely understand why! Tim went out of his way to come and fix the problem for us I expected it to be an expense bill but was very satisfied on how much it cost us... Now we have got Heating system back up and running again... Thank You so much 100% would highly recommended to all my family & friends to use this company.

Hive thermostat installation. Competitive quote. Tim is a very professional chap. Friendly & polite, he called as a courtesy to let me know he was stuck in some roadworks in my area. There was a fault on the receiver of my Hive thermostat which is why it wouldn't work on a previous installation we tried to do ourselves. Tim explained what the problem was & replaced the receiver free of charge even though he did not originally supply the Hive thermostat kit. This was really good of him. Overall very happy with Tim's work, will definitely be using his services again.

Had Hive system installed by this company. 10/10 for service, professionalism and prices! Arrived on time, installed 2 thermostats and water heating timer and gave a tutorial on how to use on the systems themselves and on the mobile. Tim's service was fantastic. I asked for a quote on a Sunday morning as our thermostat has broken (therefore couldn't turn the heating on) by the Sunday afternoon he had come and fit hive for us & very reasonably priced. Will certainly use again. Thanks Tim!

5 out of 5 service, professional, would highly recommend the services of Diamond Heating Solutions to friends family and anyone who required any heating services undertaken.Firstly due to issues with my old boiler, I had Diamond Heating Solutions to review this and they undertook a fully assessment on the boiler and swiftly identified a split in the heat exchanger causing water loss when the heating was on or hot water, which was not identified by other companies.Therefore on review of the part offered me the option for replacement of the faulty part however due to the price, this made no sense so therefore I requested if they could install a new boiler with the Hive thermostat.They took care of all the purchasing of the equipment and kept me regularly updated on what device was to be installed, the warranty I would get with the new boiler and also timescales for installationOn installation the team reworked the piping, which was kept very neat and tidy and we’re always in touch to ensure I was happy with how the boiler was placed and the piping.I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend the services to anyone in need. The price was great and the installation was completed within a day.

We've used Tim a few times now for a boiler service and to change a diverter valve, hes very professional and always does a good job at a reasonable price. Recently replaced my diverter valve under warranty which was faulty. so all in all happy with the service he provided and is always able to help you out even if he's busy. Would recommend him and we will be using him again.

Had a boiler replaced and radiator installed. Diamond were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They've done a great job and patiently explained the hive system and new boiler.
