I have been going here for years and it's a great salon. Karen, the salon manager is lovely and very accommodating. Also, a special mention for stylist Alice- fantastic hairdresser and it's always really enjoyable to chat with her.2/7/19Excellent colour and cut by Christiano!

Me and my sister received a fantastic haircut from a lovely Italian gentleman. Excellent in different styles, especially considering how poorly my hair had been cut previously...highly recommended!

Amazing service, very skilful and friendly. Karen is the friendliest, most kind lady who will do anything to accommodate. Alice has done my hair on 6 different occasions including cut, colour and blow dry and every and each time my hair looks perfect. Highly recommend.

My hairdresser was really nice but unfortunately didn't really know how to handle 4c hair properly. The hair straightener was passed over one section of my hair about 12 times (with an up and down motion) which shouldn't be done. Now I have heat damage and curls that won't bounce back. I even noticed a split end hours after I had just had a trim here. I was really hoping it would be a good experience but I won't be going back.

Sophie did a great job colouring and styling my curly hair. It looked beautiful by the time she finished with it.

I got chemical hair straightening done for my very frizzy, dry and curly hair four months ago, and I'm still very happy with the results. I had the best experience during the process and at the end of it, I could barely recognise my own hair (in the most amazing way)! Alice was a wonderful hairdresser and a great person to talk with. I definitely recommend and will go back there myself!

I’ve read many reviews on here in which I find completely ridiculous , colour correction , ombré .. ect , there all going to cost you more than £50 , that is if you want it done properly ... that aside . Alice is a extraordinary hairdresser, wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair , would highly recommend her .. worth every penny .The hole service from start to finish is great , always feel very relaxed here , Karen’s lovely always a pleasure to talk to . I’ve been to many hairdressers over the years and now I’ve finally found the best one , your daft to go else where .

I had my straightening done, around July last year. I explained the treatment, I had before. The girl explained that the same results latest treatment had become available.Paid 100£ for it. After hair wash, hair was not straight. Worst, my hair was damaged beyond pair, I had to cut at least 2- 3 inches.I asked them about it, they said that a stronger treatment should have been done for the hair to have remained straight (made no sense???????)and about hair damage no responsibility was take.Should actually close down that good for nothing shop.Don't want to give any stars, but without clicking on the star, it is not allowing me to post.Delayed Review Reason: My friend was about to go there, I told my experience, she insisted that I write the review

Would like to thank Fayza very much for her fantastic service doing my hairs’s nano keratin ; I’m very happy with the level of care she gave me and very satisfied with the result on my hair. I’m happy to finally find a hair dresser in Cambridge who knows how to handle my rather coarse frizzy hair and give it the processing it requires; I would definitely recommend you for my friends!
