I always feel I've had an excellent workout with Jeanette. She knows her stuff and communicates well. I recommend her highly!

Small groups ensure individual attention during class. Jee is attentive and reassuringly knowledable; not just about the 'how' but also the 'what' and 'why' for each exercise and any restriction presented by the participant. She prompts and corrects throughout. Classes are different each time so it's never boring and always fun!

Gee's Pilates lessons are a real pleasure to attend. She is extremely professional, is very aware of any physical problems you may be having and will adjust her teaching to meet your needs and the most important factor for me is that every week I learn a different technique. I really enjoy every aspect about her class, a real gem as far as I am concerned.
