Chris has been doing a great job since taking over management of Abacus. I’ve seen lots of innovation like bike racks and planters being installed. He’s always really quick to respond and has successfully (touch wood) managed a leak repair in my flat which looks good as new. Thanks!

It has been a breath of fresh air working with Chris and giant property. I have been really impressed with Giant. In a short space of time Giant have been very responsive and proactive to issues arising. To date there have been regular visible presence on site; regular updates; evidence of listening to the needs of the residents and a focus on planned and measured work to avoid future issues arising. I can recommend the services provided by Giant Property Management. They provide an efficient and attentive tailored property management service. If you have a large development or smaller building.Giant Property Management is ideally suited for your building management needs.Moving to Giant has been a vast improvement from our previous vanilla management company (Scanlans) who seemed more interested in lining their pockets than providing any reasonable level of service. Please don't put up with poor service from your buildings management company. Please know that you have options to leave.There was a very smooth transfer from Scanlans to Giant so you can be sure if you decide to move to Giant that everything will go to plan. Giant kept us informed at all times during the transfer process and communicated efficiently with all lease holders within our approx 200 apartment complex in Birmingham.Several months in, we couldn't be happier with the service provided by Giant.
