The library has a good number of computers to use and a lot of self service devices for checking in/out the books. A wide selection of books for all ages. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful when called upon.

One of the worst ‘Library’ I have ever been in. The primary focus of a library is that the people inside should read and study in quiet and peace. But this place is a mess. People come and talk inside the study area premises, have deep conversations, laugh loudly and so on. Children coming in with the parents create a ruckus, while parents sit on the sidelines doing nothing to stop them.Upon complaining to the library staff, they said that they can’t do anything about it. Like what even is this place? A fish market? It’s supposed to be a library! So make it one!

They have a fantastic selection of children's books. We go there every Saturday and my kids love to look at the selection and borrow books. The personnel is extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. All sparkly clean and love how easy is to borrow and return books with the help of the electronic system.

It's a lovely building. I registered my children births here, and we have attended Rhyme Time here in the library. It's lovely. All the staff have been friendly and we will be going to back for story time on a Friday soon.

A nice environment that has been recently refurbished with good WiFi and study spaces. However, it’s very noisy for a library. Be aware that there’s a visa application section near the study area so it can get incredibly loud and distracting! The structure needs to be reconsidered and I would encourage that the visa application section is put in another part of the building. It seems very out of place and off putting for those who want to use the facilities for quiet study. Unfortunately, this is what holds me back from giving 5 stars.

I had been to this library for my daughter's biometric, the two employees who served us were very friendly and professional. My little one had a real fun with them reading her favourite books. Highly recommend to use this center as the parking is just opposite the library and less crowded.

I have always found the library clean and quiet.The librarians are always polite and friendly. They are helpful.Also the printer and photocopier are useful.1 hour on a computer is free.

I ain't been for a while so my library card had stopped working but with the help of the young man got it sorted out in seconds. Its still a nice quiet place to go a good few people in there cafe is up and running well cheers for Dacorum

The staff's are accommodating. They have coffee shop inside which made the place convenient. If you're waiting or processing something.
