If there was the ability to give 0 then certainly would. Living locally and went to view a vehicle, admittedly unaware it was appointments only. Gentleman with a Scottish accent gave no indication he worked there and continued to watch me whilst looking at the car. Kindly asked if they were able for me to have a look (given I’m local and there already). Was told with blunt tone “appointment only.” You would have thought if a sale was that much on their agenda they would have allowed me to see it, considering the chap was standing there doing nothing with a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp. Asked when the availability was (hours of trade) and was again, rudely spoken to and exasperated with hand gestures too. I honestly can’t believe I was spoken to or even looked at in the way I was today. I was speechless and didn’t even process what happened to even begin to be angry. Before I left, requested the chap fixes his attitude and the icing on the cake? He told me to “F*ck off.” Given the car looked right for me, the actions today left a sour taste in my mouth. I can categorically state I will not be going there ever again, and would strongly advise to take your money elsewhere, regardless of how good the car/s may be.

Brought a little car form here a while ago after a friend in the areas recommendation, I don’t know much about cars but John really helped me find one within my budget that suited me for what I needed it for, and the warranty really sealed the deal (because I don’t know a lot about cars it was good to feel like my back was covered if something happened). Looking forward to hopefully buying my next car from John soon

I had a terrible experience with this company and this review has been edited due to the business threatening me with legal action on my original comments.I do not recommend this company and strongly advise you take your custom elsewhere.

I brought a little car for my son, John gave us some great advice what to buy and what not to buy and the car we settled on has been perfect. Its so hard to find a car dealer you can really trust these days but I really feel you can trust John. He could have sold me a car twice as expensive

John was very professional, I got my second car from here with a warranty, can’t complain, first place I got a car from wasn’t as good as here, John helped me by advising me to get a car more fit to what I needed it for, no faults so far!
