If you could post a NO STAR review, I would! The taxi service is wonderful, but the rude, argumentative call handler was utterly abhorrent, painting me as the rude one when I suggested that I wouldn't be using Greyhound again. I calmly listened to her 15 minute rant and will NEVER promote or use Greyhound again.As a local professional with good things to say about a reliable airport service, businesses like this have no place in our market. I shall go somewhere else next time.I look forward to my passive aggressive review response!

Highly recommended for chauffeuring/taxi service. Driver Naveed was very friendly, professional and experienced driver. The car was immaculate with loads of space in the boot to carry my luggage from the airport. The control office was also friendly and helpful as they arrange a taxi for us on a very short notice for a reasonable price.

I highly recommend this company.I have been using them for over four years now.My journeys are always on busy motorways, which I don’t really like, but I know I can totally trust the drivers to get me to my destination safely.Courteous, professional staff, and immaculate, comfortable cars.I wouldn’t use anyone else

Had to prebook a taxi from Wembley Stadium to High Wycombe, quite last minute, following the rail strikes. Anticipating large crowds of people late at night, the person on the end of the phone reassured me that the driver would find me using Whatsapp and sharing our locations. I was picked up on time, and had a good chat with my friendly driver during the quick and comfy ride home. Thanks a lot!

SCAMMERS! They took my money and refused to return it. I cancelled the taxi 24 hours after booking, with a week to go. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD DETAILS OVER THE PHONE - You’ve been warned. They claim I was warned about their cancellation policy, but I never would have booked it I was going to lose 50% of the amount. Who in their right mind would?
