I would highly recommend Jessica, she is approachable and professional and I felt very comfortable speaking to her. After three sessions I have come away with the tools to undertake public speaking with confidence. I will also be able to use these tools in other areas of my life and I wouldn't hesitate to see Jessica again if I needed her help with other issues. Hypnotherapy is a wonderful form of relaxation and has enhanced my life.
