This is a great branch to buy from. Andrew Johnson will go the extra mile when you are looking to purchase a car and will readily help in any other way, when you have a query. He is not about selling, he is about providing a satisfying value experience for clients and it is admirable.

First class service and helpful staff from beginning until the end. My car was collected and taken to Bentley for its annual service, I was told of the cost so no surprises. I received a film of the checks the service technician made which explained everything that was good with my car. That is a surprise and remarkably unusual. I had an advisory too which we didn’t do this time and my car was cleaned and delivered back to me the following day. Highly recommend them and each member of staff we a delight to deal with .

We weren't there to buy cars. We are totally not the types of people who can afford Bentleys and Lamborghinis, but we were allowed to just walk around and photograph the exquisite motors!Thank you, Bentley Birmingham!

Very dissapointed in the service side, recently had my Mulsanne in for its annual service, upon collection it was raining so never did a full walk round the car upon arriving home and garaging the car realised 2 dust caps missing called back spoke to service manager who checked and located one but number 2 to no avail. Still waiting 3 weeks on for it to be posted back to me.Awful experience, wonder what else has been left off under the covers

Always a great experience here, bought my second motor just recently - However, sometimes the team can be a bit rude, I have mentioned this to the management too, but didn't see much being done.

My wife and I had an excellent 'introduction' to Bentley Continental GT, last month, by Andrew Johnson. I am sure we will do business, in the future, as I now own a GT.
