Special Branch Tree

Well, despite the only other review being a five star review i was extremely disappointed by this company. They were very polite but they did an extremely poor job of removing the tree stump from my lawn. In fact when they were packing up i went out into the garden and very quickly identified large parts of the stump that they had missed. They quickly dug these up and apologised however later when i went out and removed the stump grindings from the hole so i could turf the area i found other large areas of both stump and root that they had missed, just under the soil. I took good photos of the area and emailed them to the company to give them a chance to reply before i left any review, however, 2 weeks later no one has bothered to respond. In addition to this i tried to find them on Fife Trusted Trader, (since it is on their business cards), but no matter what i type in, be it tree surgery, gargening or landscaping they do not come up as a trusted trader company. Overall very dissatisfied and i certainly can't recommend them.

Probably the best and most professional tree surgery company around. Great people and a brilliant service. Their firewood is second to none too. Highly recommended and a Fife Trusted Trader to boot.
