Children's play area, couple of benches to sit on, swings, slides etc for kids up to 12ish, (commando slide suitable for grandparents too!) Usual litter left by yobs too lazy to walk to a litter bin, apart from that a pleasant place for half-an-hour for kids

Silverdale Play Area
This is a generally nice park with a good assortment of items for children to use. As it is grassy it is not always great to use in wet weather and some of the items feel like they need a lick of paint, but it is generally clean and maintained and safe for children.

Silverdale Play Area
Great play area for young kids!The fact that this park is in an estate with only one road in and out means that there is very little traffic and so this park is very quiet and really fantastic for the local area.I grew up in Silverdale and spent many a summer's day playing on this park with friends - exploring down the brook and generally getting into mischief!Happy days!
